Very poor

I had a appointment with the doctor, 05/11/24 at 16:00. I waited 30 minutes before I was called in, sat down and was asked what was the problem, i told the person ( I don’t think she was a doctor), my issues after stating my first health issues and going on to the second, I was told by the the person that she could only deal with one problem as they was running behind schedule.
I think think this is disgusting and unacceptable to the public who have paid into the NHS all their working lives.

Get more doctors. This is a very poor practice now, I have had health issues for the past 18 months, and to be told that there isn’t time to deal with my issues is disgusting and a very poor service.

Poor

When I had my appointment my GP had given me the option of staying on the same dose or upping it and said it was up to me what happened. When I said my preference was to up the dose she spent 10 more minutes convincing me not to until I felt I had no choice over my own health or autonomy.

Ensure doctors listen to their patients requests and respond to them appropriately. Personally it felt as if my doctor was being condescending by explaining a condition I had for years when I said I understood it. It was then recorded on my medical notes that I did not have any symptoms when I had said symptoms that I had as a result of my condition.

Very good

I was seen on time, listened to and was very satisfied with the outcome. The doctor was very clear and explained everything well.
