Suggestions

If you have suggestions to improve the Enderby Medical Centre, please complete a Friends and Family test. Or you can provide your comments to the Practice Manager or the Patient Services Team.

Complaints

If you are unhappy with any service or with any member of the practice team and would like to complain:

  • First talk the problem through with the Practice Manager or a Senior Patient Services Advisor.
  • Put your concerns in writing to us so that we can investigate and write to you to resolve your concerns.
  • We will investigate your concerns and respond to you accordingly.
