Each month Enderby Medical Centre sends out a survey via text message to a selection of patients who have used the Practice within that month.
The September survey result are below:

Some of the comments provided were as follows:
- Both receptionists were very polite and helpful.
- Booked by GP seen on time. Very good staff.
- I experienced the usual calm and friendly approach by all the staff.
- Excellent and great experience as well good and polite.
- Efficient service and friendly staff.
- My appointment (booked 4weeks previously) was cancelled due to circumstances beyond your control
- Employ more than a couple of people who can take blood
As a practice we take on board all feedback and use it to review processes and improve the patient experience.
